Mike & Elena Wedding Highlight

December 13 was not only a wedding day for Mike and Elena but it also marked a 10 year anniversary of their first date!

When we first hearf the story from Elena during the initial consultation, we knew it everything that Elena planned for on this wedding date was thoroughly thought out.

The wedding ceremony was held at the Holy Name Cathedral, one of the largest and most impressive holy places in the Archdiocese of Chicago. The reception was at the Esplanade Lakes, a gorgeous banquet hall sitting on top of the shimmering water. As the holiday was near, she created a Christmas theme with Christmas trees and colorful ornaments in every corners of the room. Added to the themed wedding was the bell name card that guests can jiggle through the night and take home to add their own Christmas tree as a meaningful ornament.

What we love most about their wedding was their happiness and nervousness of the couple as they started their day and as they recited their vow…only to follow by a fun party that lasted the whole night long.

It was a day full of joy and laughter with family and very close friends! It was such a pleasure for us to witnessed and filmed. Thank you Mike and Elena for the opportunity to share this double special day with you.
